Inner North Terrace is a multi-residential rooftop landscape design project in Northcote, Victoria. Designed for an apartment development in Melbourne’s inner north, the rooftop creates a practical shared outdoor space for residents with clearly defined areas for gathering, dining and quiet use.

 

The layout includes open lawn, shaded dining zones and integrated seating to support a mix of social use and everyday relaxation. The design responds to rooftop conditions with durable, buildable materials and a low-maintenance approach that fits the architecture and long-term use of the development.
